NOTE: All GUMMIWERK balloon supplies are subject to longer than usual "wait times" because they are overseas specialty balloons.  BLC reserves the right to request higher minimum requirements for these specialty balloons, as well, and even though balloons are listed individually, greater quantities may be required.  BLC will pick colors for all orders, with the exception when a client makes a larger minimum order for a specified color or set of colors.  Payment in advance is required for all orders, and may require payment via Money Order or Cashiers Check, determined order by order.  Ordering Gummiwerk products will require a minimum order of $500 and a wait time of approximately 90-120 days, longer depending on the delivery from our manufacturer.

Any canceled orders will be assessed a 15% restocking and processing fee, and any future payments will require payment by Money Order or Western Union.

Any declined credit cards, will require payment by Money Order or Western Union.
